I had 4 time horrible intestinal problems and one attack . I was 3 time at Episcopal Hospital -3 time bill 8 thousands $.Food court is dirty health aid workers morning wash residents from all body fluids and excrements and at 8 am serving food for residents wearing this same scrubs infected by spores of stool and other body fluids. This same health aids workers used bathroom located inside kitchen.Where is N.Y.C. Health Department code for this facility????.I am a scary eating inside food court ,because in my condition i can't effort another enteral infection. No star just Expectation of minimal attention for this place from NYC Health Dep.

This place is horrible they treat people like there nothing there my mom and brother have been living for a while they take there rent money out there social security checks and hold the rest on purpose becuase they have a problem with you or they think its funny. There food is nasty they feed you half cooked chicken or spoiled food,i have sent my mom money just because of this problem just so she can get something to eat, these people cant even get food stamps and have to be stuck eating that crap and NEW YORK city dosen't care to help none of these people, those people that run wave crest should be ashamed of themselves

I am resident of this facility..I belie another facility are worst, but new Governor law maybe fixing situation in this place. .Personnel there is really good and working hard for peanuts, but overcome population by mental disable persons going out of control. This is not a mental institution, but adult home .regular resident have hard time witch coexistence with mental ill patients. Who have pleasure lived in one room with mental iill person understand my message. This facility can be wonderful place if mental ill residents will be reduced to 25 % but how financially this will be ,damaging i don't know. Toilet desk in men's bathroom finally can be fixed after 2 years cutting residents genitalia and this be a good move for lease ,maintenance worker
