Meh. The guy that helped us was nice, and professional. The vehicles didn't look very good. We heard them start a Jeep Cherokee that was nice looking. It sounded awful. That's not a nice side of town either. I was worried carrying my purse out of the car.

i was called completely lied to by Watson Auto. After inquiring about a truck they had on their website I was soon contacted from them by receiving several texts from them which all said I had been approved for the truck with zero down. After the 3rd text I drove in from out of town to get the paperwork done. I gave them my pay stubs my drivers license, called my current lender for a pay off on my truck and filled out the app. They took my info and came back 5 minutes later telling me something completely different than any of the texts they sent earlier that day. Very unprofessional way to do business. I will be getting a hold of the BBB in the AM to file a complaint about sending false text messages after inquiring about a vehicle online.

They promise you only have to drive the car they put you in for a year. They lie. They charge you 15000. For a 3000 car. And it needs major work. But you hold out a year. And they tell you no. No. No. No. Your credit is bad. Well that's why I'm here. $500 a month for no reason nothing but problems.
