::Easy renting bikes for a couple hours. In and out fast. Super nice employee. Right next to bike path around city.

::Julie was very helpful - I was visiting from Philadelphia for a few days and was scheduled to arrive just after the store closed on a Thursday, but really wanted to go on an early AM ride Friday. To my delight, she offered to have the bike delivered to the hotel, where it was waiting when I checked in Thursday night. The gear was exactly as I requested on the web form - aluminum/carbon fork road bike in my size, SPD pedals, tube repair kit, even the correct size helmet. Their price structure rewards longer rentals - my price for a 3 day rental was very fair. I would definitely rent from here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent a road bike in Portland.

::Popped a tire on my commute into work today - Waterfront Bicycle had it fixed up in just a couple hours despite not having an appointment. Calm, inviting atmosphere - the shop is obviously run by good people. And my bike got a nice little cleaning on the house! I'll definitely be taking my other bikes in for a hassle-free and patient resource close to work. Don't hesitate to stop in, these guys rock!

::We came in from out of State and wanted 3 bikes on a Saturday. I had changed the time of the reservation 3 times, and they were so accommodating. They were super helpful when we came in, providing us with a good route. I had my 6 year old on a trailer bike, and they were very helpful. The price was very affordable as well. I don't know if reservations were necessary, but they were easy.

::Waterfront Bicycle totally came through for me and my friend. We spend no less than 45 minutes trying to get the Nike City bike app to work and finally had to give up. Julie over at Waterfront was 100% focused on getting us bikes and getting us out on the streets to explore the city. Julie was all about making us happy and had absolutely zero attitude. She helped us pick out bikes, explained the biking roadway system and answered many more questions. The price was totally fair. Although the shop was already closed when we showed up to return the bikes-- Julie was super chill and did not rush as as we talked about our experiences out riding. If you are renting bikes in Portland this is the place to go. It's a family run business, being hurt by the Nike bikes so if you believe in supporting a family who has made it their business to support Portland's bike riders look no further.
