  The business felt like an assembly line of Taylorism. I went in for the free assessment, which felt forced, rushed and where no one could remember my name. I filled out multiple forms that had been copied so many times they were nearly illegible. Also, there was no online scheduling, so I had to wait for reception to figure it out, which was another time waster. I cannot speak to the quality of the PT because I cancelled before the first real appointment. I had high hopes for this business (not associated with Broadway Athletic & Swim Club) in helping me work through my various sports injuries from weightlifting in undergrad and competitively. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for me.

  My surgeon suggested Water & Sports Physical therapy and I'm so glad he did. I've learned some new exercises to assist in my recovery, get great massages and cupping therapy. I love all of the therapists.

  I've had a great experience with the staff and they have amazing knowledge and talent. What they have done for me has helped me continue on with my active lifestyle. Thanks so much Water and Sports PT

  The best PT, everyone is so friendly! I have been seeing Alyssa and she's been amazing in helping me heal from injuries to my neck after a car accident. Highly recommend them!

  I could literally write pages and pages about how wonderful my experience w/ WSPT has been but I'll try and condense (because I want people to read this). Justine (and team) are the most dedicated and caring PT team in the history of the world. They are brilliant, kind and genuinely excited to improve your circumstances while knowing just how hard to push you. I'm now physically and mentally strong which has opened a lot of doors for me and I have WSPT to thank for it! I also want to give a shout out to Joy (the downtown office Coordinator). I have never encountered medical office staff as warm, helpful and prudent as she is. She is THE best. Much love WSPT Downtown!
