  Very nice office staff. Only downside is they haven't yet upgraded their system with the times to eStatements, with an online login, etc.

  I want to give 0 star if I can. They are really irresponsible and rude. I opened the account, and asked the one serve us if they have already cut my water. The women told us the water in our house has not been cut yet. We also told her do not cut our water, and make sure we have water in our house. But in that weekend, we found no water in our house, and called them. They sent a guy here, and found the water was cut, and opened it for us. When we called, we were told if our fault, we need to pay for it. But obviously this is not our fault. But the next Monday, we have been told we have to pay. Even their manager admit it is their fault, she still charged us. They are really rude to customers, and take no responsibility to their service. The service they provided is the worst ever!!!
