  If you value customer service and a professional staff do NOT go there. The receptionist told me my son's dentist was on vacation and we waited 3 hours to HAVE sutures removed and his dentist was there.

  Avoid this place. The last time I took my son there, we waited 3 hours and 20 minutes. He had an 11:00 a.m. appointment and didn't get seen by a dentist until 2:20 p.m. Before that, on prior visits, we always had to wait at least an hour after the appointment time to be seen. This office is unorganized and unprofessional. Needless to say, I have switched my son to another dentist.

  This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had the bad luck to visit. Lazy, rude and unprofessional workers. I went and had to wait 3 hours just for a cleanup on top of that the workers attitudes were so nasty they’re lucky I didn't lose my patience. The owner of this place should definitely read these reviews and fire those people.

  Worst dentist office I ever been. The staffs (except one young Dominican girl with light eyes) are rude. When the nice Dominican girl is there I rather speak to her because she is the only one that won't answer back in an irritated and rude way. Don’t expect to be seen at the time of your appointment even if you show up early!! And thank your lucky stars if you are actually waiting sitting down! Because the wait is more than two hours! I can’t speak about all the dentists there, we only seen Dr. Smith… but we all agree at the waiting area that he is the most uncaring dentist there is. Make sure he is actually pulling out the right teeth before he does! And… of course the ‘family emergency” are very common too with this dentist. I can’t understand WHY make appointment at 10 am and he won’t be in until 12pm! At this point the small room is packed with upset people going after the receptionist. I won’t be coming back EVER here. Rude. Not organized. Waste people time and money. Lock of caring. Unprofessional.
