  Waited five days to drop off my application because they were closed thanksgiving day and the day after thanksgiving. Then waited in line for two hours because it was so many people. It was 100 people waiting to be called and only 3 people working. My feet hurt and back hurt . the.n i got to wait 30-40 days for my application to be processed. This building should not exsist if i have to wait two hours in line

  They see a lot of people, but they take their time with each one of us. I felt concern and respect, even with a long wait.
