  I knew people living here in a 3 bedroom place in 2016. They've risen the rental rate over $200 for newcomers. XD - Hello!? Inflation affecting the dollar has only gone up 4% since 2016. Since when has the dollar declined in value so much that a $200 rental hike is called for? What an abuse and insult towards humanity.

  It's in a pretty good location, very close to downtown and in good proximity to some types of shopping and access to public transportation. However the management is rarely available, even Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. I've turned in lists of repairs to the office, which are often completely ignored or he will fix a couple of things incompletely, say that he needs to order additional parts and never finish the job. Also it's down the street from a men's shelter and across the street from a sports bar whose patrons tend to park everywhere and to litter the whole area with containers of partially eaten food, cans, and various types of debris.

  Went to a friends apt. They are pretty nice.
