  In the evenings its always clean .The attendant is always there to help. Good attitude .i feel she needs some protection and security there.

  I just go to wash thats it and its always clean packed with people you have to stay at the washer to get done drying in time or u will lose your clothes they will take them.out

  Rude staff. While helping a family member wash clothes at the Getwell location, my nephew lost a dollar to the snack machine. After notifying one staff member, he was busy helping another customer and directed us to the female associate working at the location. Before getting the concern out completely, she tried to direct us back to the male associate. She then tried to inform us that my nephew didn't put any money into the machine (she was outside the store at the time and had just walked back in when we were directed to her). Never fully stopping to talk about the concern, she began talking loudly while walking away. At that time I had to address her because she was rude to my nephew. However she continued to be rude to me. I did not need to use the services offered here, however if I needed to, I refuse to spend my hard earned money to keep a rude, unconcerned, and inconsiderate employee employed! (If you don't want to do the job, change your environment!)
