  Horrible place to train. I went here and the instructor is exremely arrogant. He has no respect for anybody else except himself and how great he was. HIs students are out of shape and their instruction is even worse. Most of the equipment is old and out dated, and you have to pay $200! The matts are old and stained and its like you pay money for crap. Its a junky place and the instructor is horrible physical shape. AVOID THIS PLACE!
