  The staff is helpful, the air conditioning is cold, and when I purchased a soda, they threw in a free bottle opener/paint key; a staff member even held the door open for me so I could make it out with my freshly-opened soda :)

  Not friendly at all and have limited stuff. Yes they're convenient, but twice the price of Home Depot and bad attitude towards accommodating clients. I needed a screwdriver on a Saturday afternoon and asked if they'd stay open 2 minutes past 6 as I live in the area and needed 8 minutes to walk, and the clerk said no, they close at 6 and to come the next day! Horrible attitude for a small business trying to compete against big box orange at twice the prices. Off to Home Depot to pay 1/2 the price!!

  Needed a wrench to remove my pickup truck antenna for the Boston Common parking garage - Found Warren online and walked over and they set me up - Still nice having local hardware stores - Highly recommend Warren Hardware - Thanks
