  May 18, 2018 A big thank you to AnneMarie & Dave at the showroom and the two on time and efficient delivery fellows who were prompt,courteous and had our new bed up quicker than who knows what! Now I will have to come back for more furniture because when you add a new piece,the rest of the rooms scream "Makeover Now"! Mandy loves her new bed too,AnneMarie.🐕

  This is the place to start if you're looking to fill a new home or apartment, they have it all and all at affordable prices. Haven't bought anything here - yet. But very impressed by selection and reasonable prices for once. Definitely going back.

  This place has living room sets at reasonable prices, you get what you pay for, this is a good place if you are starting out, not bad but I need furniture that is going to last longer than 5 years

  I went in to purchase a bedroom set for my teen daughter. I had been following the prices online for a few weeks and had done my research. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. When I went in, I explained to the salesman that I wanted a twin bed, a dresser with mirror and nightstand from a particular set. He tried to up-sell me by showing me a similar but pricier version and thought I wouldn't notice. I did. When he totaled up the purchase, it was $200 more than I had priced. He would not match their online price (Ashley furniture did, the same day when I went to order something else for another child) and stated that the total was the total, and he didn't know why it was cheaper on the website. I paid for my set, minus the nightstand which was the $200 difference with tax. He stated the bed would be in their warehouse 17 days later and be delivered and set up first, the dresser to follow within 2 weeks of the first delivery. 18 days after my purchase I had not received a call. When calling to inquire of my upcoming delivery, I was told the delivery was set back by another 2 weeks and that both items would be in at that time. I asked the woman who answered when anyone was planning to call me TO INFORM ME OF THAT..She had no response. Knowing they deliver to my town on Wednesdays and Fridays, and the woman indicated they would be in on a Tuesday, I asked her for assurance that the items would be delivered the day after they received them. She gave me a very casual response and I didn't feel assured at all. What business doesn't call its customers to inform of a late delivery, especially a whole 2 weeks later? for $800 that I spent there, I would have gladly spent the money or even a bit more somewhere else where I would have felt confident as a customer that they were interested in even providing decent customer satisfaction. **edit, next day. The store manager contacted me and was very helpful and professional. She apologized for the lack of communication regarding my order and refunded me the delivery fee. She assured me she would have my furniture delivered the day after it is due to be in. Very gracious woman. ***

  Just purchased a bedroom and living room set from Warehouse Furniture in Newburgh. The quality and prices are excellent. The salesman we worked with was Dave and he was outstanding. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anytime I'm looking for furniture in the future, Dave will be my first phone call .. and Warehouse Furniture in Newburgh will be my first stop.
