  This is was the first dealership that my mom and I went into that we weren't greeted as soon as we walked in. The showroom honestly didn't look as nice as some other dealerships that we had been at prior. We looked around at 2 cars and walked all the way through the showroom to the bathrooms(near the service station) and no one even noticed us. When we walked back we passed someone's desk and he said that someone else was the only one there and we could look around or just wait. That guy just sat there eating. We thought to ourselves "What about you? What are you doing?" Seemed strange. We took another look at the M3 and my mom decided that it was too big. So, we just walked out someone realizing. Wantagh Mazda really need more salesmen on the floor.

  I met with Gary, the service manager, in regards to my issue. One of my rims was bent from hitting a pothole on the Thruway. Knowing I had to return back home to Florida, he was very expeditious and got with the repair company to get my rim repaired as quickly as possible. He promised me a completion time and came in ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car I noticed the rim was a shade different from the original color. He did not make any excuses but instead fixed the problem by providing an alternative rim which was the correct color. I feel Gary went out of his way to ensure that customer service was given the utmost priority. He and the rest of the team in the service office should be praised for their friendliness, courteousness, and attention to detail when keeping customers happy. Although I live in Florida, if this is how your dealership treats customers , and if I would purchase a new Mazda, as I plan on doing in the future, I would buy from this dealership.

  My experience with Wantagh Mazda has been nothing but fantastic. Phil, Charlie and Kenny are great. It was like car shopping with a friend which definitely helped with the general stress associated with going to any car dealership. Phil is incredibly knowledgeable & honest. Charlie is a sweetheart that is attentive,kind and patient. Kenny really helped me out with the financial aspect explaining the details, and had me laughing all at the same time. Wantagh Mazda will be my go-to dealership from now on.

  This is my second lease with Wantagh Mazda. David is the best salesman. It took no time at all to locate a manual Mazda 3. I was so excited to get the color that I wanted. Picking up the car was just as simple. I am very pleased with David and this dealership. I would highly recommend them.

  I Love wantagh Mazda. Kenny and Josh were fantastic!!! They were so kind and patient. They answered all my questions and concerns. In fact everyone at Mazda was so nice. I am so happy with my new Mazda. If you are looking for a car I would 100% recommend Wantagh Mazda!! Thank you all so much!!
