  Walnut went above and beyond to make our move as easy as possible from NY to Philadelphia. Everything from the communication, to the wardrobe box drop off, to the actual move was seamless! I was traveling on the day that they picked up my stuff so they coordinated with my super who was also extremely impressed by their service. Lastly, they gave us adorable housewarming coasters with a welcome note - it was a very nice touch! I will absolutely be using them again for my next move!

  I am sure moving is stressful for everyone and especially when it’s to a different state. I recently moved from New York to Philly and I am so glad I chose Walnut! First I thought it is a new company and maybe I should go with the one which is longer in the business BUT from the beginning of my conversation with Walnut Team I was so impressed with their approach and attention. They came to my place in New York to check the apartment to have a better understanding of what I was planning to move to Philly (other companies usually do not do it!) so I can get a fare quote. On the moving date everything was done in a timely manner, no wait, no stressing out..by the time I got back to my place everything was packed and ready to go…AND the apartment looked nice and clean so I did walk through with the building manager right away! Time saved! When I got to Philly everything was assembled and they did such a great job of laying out the furniture in the apartment, I left it exactly as they did! Outstanding! I have never had such a smooth move and I highly recommend Walnut to everyone who wants to move with no stress, no surprises and feel great and ready to start a new chapter in their life!

  Excellent service both prior to and during our move. We moved from Connecticut to Manhattan and Walnut made it easy. Dylan, our primary contact prior to moving day, was attentive and responsive. Our new apartment building had a lot of restrictions for moving in, but Dylan made sure everything ran smoothly. On moving day, Nick, Brian, and Craig were on time, efficient, professional, and very respectful of our furniture/boxes. Overall an extremely pleasant experience!
