  Used to use the 22nd/Craycroft location and they were great! They only took about 30min-1hr to fill the Rx's and had great service both from the techs and pharmacist. So when I moved, I switched to this location expecting them to meet the same standards and boy was I wrong! The first time, although I was told the Rx's would be ready in 1hr, I ended up waiting about 7hrs. They never contacted me to let me know what was going on, instead, I ended up calling them at least 4 times before it was finally sorted out and ready for pickup. At the very end, the pharmacist was very kind and apologetic so I figured I'd give this pharmacy another chance. And I shouldn't have because they screwed up again! The second time I used them, my son's doc put in an order for an Rx 3 times before it was finally filled! It wasn't even that they didn't receive the orders because when I finally called after the 3rd time it was sent in and not hearing anything from them, I was told that it wasn't filled because it wasnt covered by my insurance. Now, I understand that, but what I don't understand is why they didn't bother mentioning that to me so it could get sorted out!! When I went in to finally pick that Rx up, the evening pharmacist (different one from the first time I went)was not helpful at all! After waiting a while for her to come over to go over the details of the Rx with me, all she did was read me the label and tell me how to fill the syringe. Both obvious things that I didn't need her help with. Every other pharmacist I've ever been to, tells you side effects, emphasizes if it needs to be shaken, refrigerated, etc., but not this pharmacist. I felt like she was just trying to get rid of me. Oh, also, they forgot to give me syringes and rubber stoppers for the tops of the bottles so I could actually fill the syringes so I had to scrounge up some old ones at home. All in all, totally annoyed by the quality of service here and will be switching to the Wallgreens across the street.

  WiFi is worthless it barely works to use Walmart pay and the customer service closes from 11pm till midnight which means you cannot purchase anything including cigarettes.

  It seem that the personnel are busy filling up medication bottles instead of customer service
