  Worst time ever at this store. It is usually not very good but today-- today the auto check only had 2 of 4 working. Only 2 check out lanes. All 3 lines had at least 20 people waiting. Horrible horrible Neighborhood market at Horne an Mckellips. Sucks

  Mainly with the online grocery pickup, my main issues are that I would be missing half of my orders and even recieve opened products. On items I clearly state no substitutions on, because of food allergies, they override it and send out items with the ingredients I'm fatally allergic to. I understand that an issue I have personally and not everyone would be upset about it. But still, it's every single time now and if it happens to me it most likely happens to others who are just as inconvenienced and put at risk. Coming from coworkers I used to be alongside daily for months and months, you would expect they'd be competent enough to do the correct steps when picking yet they still mess us consistently and nothing has changed since my time there and away. I'm shocked some are still employed because they are known for making these mistakes, yet they skate by without consequence and those who do their jobs correctly are fired or leave because management won't step up to correct the problem. I do not trust that they won't send rotten meat, rotten fruits/vegetables, opened food, and incorrect items anymore.

  Clean store, exactly what I needed, in and out. Just what you expect for a quick I forgot something trip. I just wish they still had this store at 24hrs sucks that they changed that.

  Great customer service. I dont know the name but the manager at customer service, he is always so nice and helps me every time i go in there. always friendly good attitude
