  Tires were supposed to be rotated and balanced but had to return next day because of vibration only to be told 1 front tire wasnt even balanced,, in trip still noticing vibration so now 3rd trip has to be made to try again

  The wait time took forever (2 hrs), but that's expected for a $20 oil change done by kids.

  These guys pushed a sell of fuel injection on me to go along with my oil change and only half completed the job. Their reasoning was not having a clean funnel for my truck which is a f150 that has a gas lock protector and not being able to get a funnel that will open the lock. I'm sure they have dealt with plenty of Ford's before so i don't get it. It's a no brainer that if you can't complete the job don't offer the service! Lost my business.
