UPDATE The glowing review by "Justin" with the fuzzy photo looks suspicious to me. That's the name of the Oak Lawn store manger... In any case, these guys are even worse than I thought, and I've filed a complaint with the Dallas Better Business Bureau. They finally responded to my complaint about the shrunk pair of slacks--only after repeated calls. It may have been my negative review last month that finally got them to respond. In any case, Justin the store manager claimed they'd resized the pants to their original size and I could come by and pick them up. When I dropped by to do so--he'd LOST them! He said they'd locate them and let me know asap. I said that after my previous experiences with them, I wouldn't be holding my breath. That was two weeks ago. No word. So that's two lost items of clothing, one a custom shirt, the other a $250 pair of tailored slacks. So I urge my neighbors, stay far far away from Wall Street Cleaners. There is now no question in my mind: these guys are BOTH incompetent and unethical. EARLIER REVIEW The idea of an affordable green cleaner is appealing, but these guys are not ready for prime time. Not even close. I've used their services three times, and they've lost one expensive custom shirt, and somehow managed to shrink a nice pair of slacks a full size. I've reported these issues four times--twice to the managers at the Oak Lawn and Frisco stores, both of whom assumed me the issues would be resolved promptly. I never heard back from them. I've tried contacting the owner, no luck. These guys are either incompetent or unethical, perhaps both. My advice--stay far far away from Wall Street Cleaners.
