  Maria was able to help me find a perfect couch at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick and painless. I may have gotten a better than normal deal thanks to Presidents day, but I would come back again.

  I moved into a new apartment and the old tenant would get a lot of bills for debt collection including Walker Furniture. I needed a couch for my new place and went to Walker. I got one on credit. Everything was all set up for delivery which was more than a week out. No one called me. They showed up. The delivery man walked into my place and took a really good look around even looked in my bedroom (weird...maybe looking for the other tenants furniture he owed them on) then he told me the couch was too big to fit through the door without even trying or measuring and said I had to go back to pick a new one but the sale was over. They also gave me a $3000 line of credit for a $700 couch without asking or telling me. I ended up getting a bigger couch at RC Willy and it fit just fine.

  Vickie was very helpful, friendly and patient! She was great at understanding what we liked and showing something that fit what we needed. She didn’t try to pressure us and she did not try to sell us something that we did not need. She was great and we appreciate the courtesy of all the staff!

  I give them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because, I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. Rex took me right to where the chair was and let me try a few other chairs of my choice, no pressure. I ended up picking the one that I came in for because it worked for me and my issues. Overall had a good experience at this location but had to go to their warehouse to pickup my chair. It all worked out, they were fast at retrieving my chair and helping to load the chair into our car. (The chair is in two pieces in the box so it fits...) Because we were in a hurry to get to the south side to pick up our grandson from the school bus. So there ya go, both location reviews. Use your GPS unless you know the area.
