  Everyone at this Walgreens is great except for one bad apple who works in the pharmacy. She has very poor customer service skills, is short with people, and and just plain rude. I have given her several chances to show me better behavior and today I have moved my prescriptions to the Walgreens at 31st and Harvard because I have never had a bad customer experience there. It’s too bad for all of the other very nice employees at the UTICA Walgreens but this women has been there a long time and really ruins the experience for customers. She needs get CS training or find another career!

  The Customer Service was poor based on other Walgreens. Really surprised for the area, very disappointing.

  Easy to find what I needed, but had to wait a while for an employee to check me out.

  Just finished talking with the pharmacist on Oct 10, 2016 @2:50 a.m. to ask if I was able to mix OTC Tylenol PM at 9:30 with my prescription pain pill now. As the Tylenol did absolutely nothing for my back and leg pain. So I turned on my TENS Unit just for the battery to run out 5 min in. :'( So I truly needed my prescribed meds... I want to sleep, but I also want to wake in the morning because I make some truly good coffee! ;) So he was the nicest to talk with and helped me out greatly! And gave me the GO to start feeling better. Thank you so much for being nice and very helpful.... :)

  This is one of the most well traveled walgreens. They are always friendly and good at getting my prescriptions filled on time.
