  The pharmacy staff is awful. I have epilepsy and have 3 medications that I need to live. I sent in my order through the app and called after to make sure they received my order and could get my 1 medication refilled through my doctor because I knew it was out of refills. I gave them 3 days to fulfill the medications. I submitted these Wednesday night and came in to get them on Saturday. They had not bothered to contact my doctor for the refill and now I have to wait until Monday to potentially have my medication and in the meantime, I could die. Thanks Walgreens.

  So incompetent! Tried to get passport photo and finally left without it because they did not know how to take or cut photo. Another day dealt with pharmacy. Had doc call in script and although they saw it in system were unable to work logistics to get it filled. It was a 3 hour old request and we were told it was too soon to fill. No one wants to be a problem solver. They just say sorry I can't help you.

  Very comprehensive store. Can grab medicine, then a quick lunch ( sushi ), then fruits as snacks, to even a get well greeting card. I am very impressed a pharmacy can be that convenient.

  Store looks a lot better since they completed renovations last year (very shiny, new, modern interior). One stop shopping for small groceries, medicine, household items, and beauty products. The beauty section takes up about 1/4 of the store and they carry all of the main drugstore brands with a good amount of offerings. Staff in the beauty section is always super nice and helpful. Main checkout staff is usually a little grumpy, but they usually respond well to friendly customers. While there is always a line to checkout, the new computer system that automatically alerts you of open lanes speeds up the process, and they have at least 8 or 9 checkout lanes. Also, be prepared to see all sorts of people shopping here as it is right in the heart of the 16th Street Mall. Not easy to access by car, but very accessible by light rail/free mall ride/walking.
