  Always a line of multiple cars waiting, so naturally they closed one of the two drive-thru lanes. Always a line of multiple people inside, so naturally there is only one person working the pharmacy counter. Prescription fills take forever, often get half-filled, requiring you to come back again, etc. I need more space to list out all the ways Walgreens is putting profits over customer service.....

  1 hour wait time is their standard reply to your wait time, but their actual completion time is 2.5 hours (totally under staffed). Due to their lack of staff and upset customers, their attitude towards their customers is very unsatisfying (appearing to be fake - I'm sorry for the wait). I'm very unsatisfied especially when they toss your ID and prescription on the counter (almost felt like throwing it back at the employee). This location needs some serious management.
