  no one in the pharmacy ever answers the phone. they just ignore you're ass.

  Whether I need a Pharmacist's recommendation for something over the counter or a prescription filled right away, when it's after hours, this is the only 24 hour location/store I choose. In my experience, the wait for an emergency prescription has been consistently minimal, sometimes less than ten minutes. Neither the waiting area nor the store has been crowded. My goto late night pharmacy!

  Insurance change due to turning 65... Been a customer here for 30 years. My Dr. Called in a prescription this afternoon, I received a text that Walgreen's was working on it. Then shortly a text that it was delayed. Called automated system several times. At 915 called and spoke to pharmacy tech, and he said there was an insurance problem. Same insurance company same prescription company and they have to type something into the computer????? Been here for over 30 minutes...... Someone could have called or texted me this afternoon, and I wouldn't be upset..,. Amazing.

  Planning to speak with your pharmacist over the phone? You'll have more luck trying to call King Henry VIII. Don't mind waiting a few minutes for someone? How about 1 hour and 45 minutes? I'd rather get waterboarded than have to deal with this Walgreen's again.
