  They charged me for a bag when I told them twice I didn't want a bag. It's only 6 cents but they still stole it from me and refused to back out the transaction or hand me back 6 cents. Terrible management and very dishonest.

  Diasspointed in the customer service by this pharmacy, mainly for lack of follow through. The first time, I was told my rx would be ready in an hour, and they would call when it was ready. I waited an hour and a half, no call, had to go back in to check on the status - and was told that they wouldn't be able to dispense that day as there was an issue. I realize that things happen, but I'd rather they tell me to come back myself, than relying on them. Additionally, I was told they'd call me the next day when they had sorted the issue out. I had to call them, and when I did, the person on the other line was unable to explain to me what had happened in terms that I could understand.
