  Waited for over an hour to have someone walk in and get helped right away because she has an appointment. The patient was fine with waiting and letting me get my small quick problem looked at first but the physician was adamant that she had more appointments after and that I could either wait for after the appointments or leave. This place is not appointment only which is the only case this would make sense.

  This is a terrible clinic to take kids! I have been there twice with my son for an ear infection. The first time the lady yelled at my other kids who were sitting nicely in the chairs and then couldn't understand why my son wouldn't let her look in his ears. The second time I was sure my son had an ear infection and she barely looked in his ears and told me it was probably allergies. He had a fever what kind of allergies do that! So next morning I took him to his dr and he had a full blown ear infection! Both women seemed so unsure of themselves and both were really uncomfortable with kids. spend the extra money and go to the. urgent care!! Total waste of money!!!!

  This place sucks! Apparently making an appointment doesn't matter becuase I made an appointment for 11 yet they still took the walk in before me, and now I have been waiting for over an hour. Go to another take care clinic if you can.

  took my husband in here because he had strep and we need a fast diagnosis. it took over 2 hours. only 2 people went ahead of him. we were told an average of 20 min.
