  Bathroom story: the manager did not let my 5 yr old son use the bathroom. The cashier told me they've changed the policy because they are open 24 hrs and people used to sleep in the bathroom. What???!!!!!????? Lol

  I am more than appalled that I had to hear a story from my mom that she was there picking up her medications and started to have an "emergency" bathroom needed situation (hey, we've all been there....). Mom is 73 (and doesn't have the need of depends or anything like that), just an old fashion "red alert, all hands on deck" situation. THEY REFUSED TO LET MY MOTHER USE THE F**CKING BATHROOM! I mean, cooome ooon people, this is an old lady, that lives all the way onthe other end of town. Policy or not.... this was deplorable and unacceptable for a PHARMACY!! Shame on you Walgreens. You are a pharmacy, you have people coming in there, sometimes straight from the ER. What if I was there and was about to throw upon your counter? Would you refuse me a restroom??! I told her she should have S**T on their floor. I'm so pissed about this. Oh, and by the way, she didn't make it home in time...... as a LONG time customer of this pharmacy that visits monthly to pick up 15+ medications, I told her to pull her meds and start using a different pharmacy.

  If I could I would give this Walgreens 0. This Walgreens has an ignorant employee that after I waited 26 mins on the phone hung up while I was in the middle of my sentence then made me wait a full 35 mins on top of that to answer on question !!

  Pharmacy cannot handle the amount of volume it receives, and the drive through women tried to look busy to avoid helping customers even though no one was at the drive-through and the line for the pharmacy was long. Prescription was $79 with insurance, so I called my doctor's office. They sold it to me for $32, so I ditched the Walgreens one. Why did they even send me here? Why is my doctor peddling medication on the side? WHat the F--- is going on?
