  I have been shopping and getting my prescriptions here for about a year and a half now, and I am happy with the service I have received. Sometimes I feel terrible for the people who work here because I have witnessed many instances of customers’ verbal abuse directed at the staff. On many occasions I have seen customers rush into the store and demand the cashier’s attention when said cashier has a long line of people and is in the process of doing his job. I’ve seen people become enraged when the cashier takes about 15 seconds to respond. The 5 star rating is for the people who work here, not the rude, entitled customers.

  No wonder why the railings for this location are so low! Merchandise misplaced therefore the prices are misinforming followed by a bad attitude of a rude sales representative at the register. I went to the Rite Aid close by - perfect! Prefer to spend my $$ there.

  My prescription was supposed to be ready 24-48 hours after my doctor had to send the prescription 3 times. It’s been five weeks, and I still have not gotten my medication, even after switching locations from another Walgreens.

  This locations hours of operation are ideal for someone that ends up doing most shopping late at night. Unfortunately, I was informed that as of 10/18/17, there will be NO 24 hr Walgreens in the city of New Orleans.
