  Good: new store, which is always good in generally dilapidated NYC, good location. Bad: always a waiting line at the cashiers, install the damn self checkout, so we do not have to wait for a slow half alive human, working for 12 bucks an hour. No milk at the store. Really? The only thing I wanted to buy was milk. And they did not have it. Empty shelves. There is a war going on somewhere in Pennsylvania and the supply is disrupted, no doubt. Most of the stuff they have on shelves is shittu and overpriced, can't wait until Amazon kills off the rest of the old style retail.

  The new store is lovely. It is kept neat and clean and the aisles are clear and organized. However, the relocation of this store cause many issues for pharmacy customers. Auto-Refill did not transfer over which caused delays in my scripts. The wait for the refills were unreasonable and explanations were not given. Some of the pharmacy staff seemed under trained initially. I had requested twice that my auto-refill be updated and I got no help until finally one staff in the pharmacy did it over the phone in an instant (we shall see next month at refill time, here's hoping). Catherine was professional and helpful and provided excellent customer service. I truly hope this is a sign of improved pharmacy assistance.
