Worst pharmacy I have ever been too (unfortunately my insurance requires I use them). Staff is unfriendly and acts inconvenienced when assisting customers. Be ready to wait 45 minutes for your prescription after telling you, “it will be 15 minutes.” Line at the pharmacy is currently 12 Long and still only 1 person working between the in store line and drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. Last time I asked about red dye (my child is allergic) and the lady pharmacist said, “I don’t have time to look at the dye. You will have to research it on your own.” Unreal....

The pharmacy has promised me 4 times now that they will contact the doctor but yet never does. Won’t even give loner pills for blood pressure till Monday. Thanks a lot for showing you don’t care about your customers.

I dropped of my prescription about a week ago. When I went to go pick it up I found out that they lost one of my papers and only filled the other. I then told them that I had more than one and it took over two people and more than 20 mins to find the paper THEY lost. After that they tried to make it right and said it will all be good and ready the following day. It wasn't. They had to find the missing paper AGAIN! They didn't fill anything and then said that my other script was at a different store. I told them that I physically handed them my scripts and that they needed to find them. Sure enough they were both there. What's the chance of that? So after they found the script for the second time that just magically disappeared twice sure enough they couldn't fill it. Why? Because they didn't know how much to fill at once. Let me tell you this.. a doctor doesn't write a script without the amount? At least that's what normally happens right? Common sense right? I had to tell them to physically read the big bold text. The only text that was bold and bigger than the rest. Sure enough their eyes worked after that. So after all these problems out of the way everything should be good now right? Nope. They still didn't what to do. They couldn't simply grab something off a shelf, take my money, and put it in my hand. At this point I was done and asked for the scripts back. They then asked me to varify my date of birth and everything like that. It's a reasonable question ONLY IF I didn't just do that 3 mins before asking for MY scripts back. At this point I got angry and after I caused a scene all of a sudden it's completely okay to give me everything I asked for because my information was pulled up in front of this lady's face. Over all if you can't read bold print or remember who you are talking to don't mess with people's scripts. You obviously need to go back to second grade and learn manners and how to read.

Need more workers. It's like the company doesn't care if it is short staffed. It's hard on the workers and customers. Awful.
