  Walgreens Pharmacy in downtown LA (617 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017) is a very professional pharmacy. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, intelligent, and well informed while the staff is always very helpful. Jeanie (pharmacist) is excellent. She has personally helped me over the last 7 years. Thank you Jeanie.

  They suck I bought some medicine there and then my 2 kids needed to used the restroom and a worker told me only customers so I told him that I bought some stuff there and then they told me the restroom didn’t work. My 2 kids almost pee themselves a boy of 7 and 5 years I mean it sucks that they even do that to the kids I was really upset 😡 about it and I will never go to the store again.

  I found the Pharmacist to be Very Professional. I’m Not sure why Other People were Typically & yes; it was an unnecessary Complaint. They have a tough Job. How about giving Respect.

  Given the prime Downtown location of this particular Walgreens, this is a good option for pharmacy or basic home supplies. However, it is rather small and has a limited selection. Additionally, the interior is somewhat rundown and decrepit. It’s doesn’t feel clean or sophisticated. I don’t think this is necessarily the fault of the staff, simply the building. All in all, a good resource for those Downtown.

  The pharmacy at this store is easily the best in DTLA. Super helpful and friendly pharmacists and staff. An 11 out of 10. Unfortunately, the rest of the store is the exact opposite. Long lines, items (particularly sale items) out of stock, unhelpful front clerks.
