  I’d love to think it’s just a “chance happening” or a coincidence, but sadly it’s not. Every other Walgreens/pharmacy I go to, things always go well. Every time I go to this one, there’s always some stupid BS that happens. Every. Single. Time.

  Pharmacy is always under staffed and never has prescriptions ready as promised. The people there are good, but corporate keeps this location always understaffed so they can't meet demand.

  This pharmacy is the best around. Alex especially goes above and beyond, always friendly but still handles business like a real professional. I’m considering driving the extra time to make this my main pharmacy because of the excellent level of care. Keep up the good work.

  This was the closest 24 hour pharmacy and i needed my 4 year old son's antibiotics. First they are super unorganized. They couldn't process my insurance because they're very incompetent. Then the lady i was working with disappeared. Another guy came and looked at my info and said in a very nasty tone, "is this medicaid or what?" It was not. I got there at 6 AM. Never got my medicine because he said it kept timing out which meant it wasn't valid. I took the prescription back, and went to CVS as soon as they opened. Had my baby's medicine within minutes.

  These people shouldn't earn a 1 star. I have several complaints for this location to fill multiple pages here. Basically, don't expect pharmacy management to do anything except listen to you and agree and walk off for any complaint. This tells me either this is a horrible manager or he's tied down with politics from corporate. I would assume he's a bad manager since other Walgreens don't run like this. Next, make sure you call before going to pick up your drugs. Even though the call will take you to a call center and you will be transferred to the actual pharmacy, just do it. Don't trust the app 100%, maybe 60%. I would recommend you go to a different pharmacy, or just deal with it. Good luck either way.
