::The nicest staff. Always friendly, helpful, give coupon suggestions, store is clean. Love them.

::The pharmacy customer service here is terrible. The pharmacy front end staff are arrogant and rude. I would recommend getting your medication anywhere else but here

::The staff at the pharmacy is top rated excellent for good reaso. I have only experienced the highest level of guest satisfaction. The team under the caring manger offers kind care and clear counsel with new medecations. This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the blessing to be under.

::The pharmacy is great at this Walgreens, but when I've had a problem with some other purchase managers here have treated me as though I were running a scam. Last week I mistakenly purchased AA batteries on sale when it was AAA batteries I intended to buy. When I went to make the exchange, the manager told me that I could exchange my AA batteries for other AA batteries but if I wanted to exchange them for AAA batteries I would have to pay the non-sale price. After an unpleasant argument about this irrational offer, the manager relented and begrudgingly made the exchange. A year or two ago I had another unpleasant experience when I tried to get a refund on a Walgreen brand product that failed to perform satisfactorily. I was inspired to write this after I received an e-mail from Rite Aid this morning informing me that, since I am a good customer, they are sending me a rebate check for a purchase I made but for which I failed to request a rebate. The managers at my neighborhood Walgreen should make an effort to learn who their neighbors are and they should get up to speed on customer services by visiting the Rite Aid at Broadway and East Olive Way and the Walgreen store at Broadway and Pine Street.

::The staff at this Walgreens is good. The pharmacist is condescending. I recently walked in near 6pm, close to closing. I acknowledged and apologized for my late appearance, asked if it was too much trouble to fill a mouthwash prescription, and offered to return again. The pharmacist returned a lecture on how I "must" call 30 minutes ahead of time. She "could not be expected to fill any prescription on an instant's notice". When I return to pickup, I expressed my dissatisfaction with being lectured and got another lecture on "safe dispensing" and no acknowledgement of her rudeness. Perhaps they're worried my breath will be too fresh? In contrast, at Target, I can ask for a refill on **mouthwash**, and it doesn't take them even 15 minutes to let me know I can pickup. They're courteous too.
