  It was my pharmacy but every time I go to pick up my medicines they are never ready and they call me by phone and they tell me that it is ready and when I go to look for it the ones that work tell me that it is not there yet. they are shameless what they do not want is to work more I never buy there

  The people who work here are so rude and unhelpful! Couple that with the pharmacy never being open and you might as well just shop somewhere else and save yourself the trouble! Don't bother to try to call this store for help, because no one answers the phone, and if you DO happen to get through, they won't GO FIND the information you want, they just say they don't have whatever it is you want, without going to actually LOOK!

  Today is 4/9/2018 I came with my daughter to get a prescription for my grandchildren. My daughter called all day and kept getting hung up on my a man in the pharmacy. Finally after getting hung up on for hours and waiting I get a lady that says the pharmacy is busy that the doctor faxed the scripts over around 3pm but they are busy to pick up at 8pm. I come with my daughter and grandkids at 8pm and a guy working the drive thru is very rude and says now we have to wait 20 more minutes that the medicine was never filled. I waiting in the walgreens parking lot pissed because these kids need the medicine and have school tomarrow. No way should it take 6 hours to fill very common stuff. Btw I was the only person in the drive thru. Management I hope you see this because its awful customer service. I am sending all my friends somewhere else also.

  Ive gone to this pharmacy for years, and up until the last year have always been happy with the pharmacy service, I would have rated it 5 stars, but things have changed and gone really downhill in the pharmacy. .. Meds, are not completely filled, wrong meds in bottle, or scrips not filled because they are out of medication, and you're left with nothing for life threatening conditions, instead of calling a sister pharmacy you're told sorry its going to be a,few more days.... Phones are not answered, one is left to hang on line forever, 3 hours trying to get thru is a,bit excessive, then you're disconnected..The automated system, never works right.... A family member called afer I was left without bloodpressure medication, with none in sight, and was told it would be filled at a particular Sister store, when I got there they had no idea about it, came back waited in drive thru an hour , the pharmicist came back grinning saying oh we sent it elsewhere, no one notified me, that goosechase took a total of 3 1/2 hours to pick up a prescription...unaccecptable! There are new people in the Pharmacy, and students, things have changed but not for the better, after coming here for over 10 years, I will be leaving .... This is a great store, it's just the Pharmacy has gone downhill, the Managers, and front staff are great, there are still a couple original Pharmacy staff there, who are outstanding, but theres more wrong here than they can handle....

  Cherryl Solis commented on the slow service here, and I agree (Hi Cherryl). Only thing is, stepping back and noticing why they are slow, may give us a different perspective on the store: For one, they recently the pharmacy started closing (at the times indicated) instead of being a 24 hour pharmacy, forcing more people to come in during the daytime and evening. Cherryl is right, I noticed the pharmacy is understaffed for such a change, they probably didn't anticipate this huge surge in customers. Thirdly, please remember this horrible flu that is plaguing us right now. I mean, seemingly perfectly healthy, young people have died from having this flu, so there are a ton more people seeing their doctors, getting scripts, etc. I would implore people to have a lot of patience here, and if you don't have time to wait for your scripts to be filled, then make sure they're ready before you go in to pick them up. (Please note that the phones are busier than usual as well. Give the pharmacy techs a break, put yourself in their shoes, and maybe write a letter to Walgreens corporate office with suggestions on improving customer service from what you observe while you're there. I'll have to go back to this store, and I'm glad the pharmacy techs are very good at their jobs, even in all the confusion and being so busy - they make sure they're getting our prescriptions correct. Dealing with sick and impatient people all day must be very difficult and exhausting. Just saying.
