  Walgreens should change the staff of the pharmacy they tell the medicine is going to ready in the next day and when u go to pick it up.. it still not ready and long line always

  I was given a prescription for a 180 pill, however I was shorted 5 pills. When I called the pharmacy I was told that, they don't make mistakes! even though they have not done an inventory check to see if they had extra medication in their inventory. It's not the first time that this has happened. sometimes they are understaffed with only one pharmacist working there, filling prescriptions and working the cash register, and yet they still feel comfortable staying that they don't make mistakes!

  Pharmacy Line is always long. Rarely ever have two cashiers working that department. When my turn is up they didn’t even refill the prescription that I put through their automated system the night before

  This has to be the worst Walgreens that I have ever stepped a foot into. Lack of professionalism in the managers department which is more concerned about which employee is going to fetch his coffee. Workers always laughing, giggling, and playing around not to mention being disrepectful towards the customers. Unhappy employees working like a slave in 2018 while the other coworkers are having fun and being paid for doing absolutely nothing. The worse experience is going to the pharmacy, medications are never done on time and the long lines and theres always THAT one big colored lady that fills up the prescription bottles that likes to make fun of people and laugh directly at customers faces. I really dont know how this store manages to stay open all this time when people or regulars give reviews and no one in the company cares about what is happening right under their noses, maybe thats why people realize its better to go to CVS where they treat you better. Its a good thing that I was only a secret shopper there at numerous occasions. I rate this Walgreens no stars.

  Pharmacy staff can be rude when you go there. A simple acknowledgement that I am standing there would be ideal and professional. By no means am I suggesting you do your job while you are at work.
