  Dont use their same day printing service.. Ordered a photo enlargement for my father bday, got a email saying it was ready.. when I got there they told me the machine was broken and that they would call me when it was ready.. it's now been 24 hours.. worse part is that this is the 2 time this happens to me here.. fool me twice shame on me

  I came into the store asked to used the bathroom I am pregnant 9 months and they refused it to me, so my husband went to ask the pharmacy technician and she let us in, we were couponing and while we waited in line cashier decides to tell us it's only 4 coupons I could use because it takes long you don't tell that to customers. She told us with attitude and told us well you can ask the manager she's right there name isela i use to work for Walgreens 2011-2015 started as a cashier to cosmetics then to a pharmacy technician and never have I refused restroom or coupons on anyone or gave them attitude about it. I left everything there and walked out I will not be returning to his Walgreens. After we were okay with using 4 only she has trouble getting the other two to go through and manager said no you can't but the coupons was one per item and there was 4 items total! And the coupon specifically stated one coupon per item not not that you have to buy two items to use one item. Either way I'm upset and I feel like the employees working there hate their job they don't greet when you walk in "hello welcome to Walgreens." I guess things hanged from when I stopped working for this company.

  One of my AM stops mon-fri because I don't drink coffee or eat breakfast I find alternatives or a drink for later in the day. everytime I enter I'm greeted even if there's a tone of people in line. Only disappointment is when the AZ ice teas are sale they go super fast and isn't restocked even tho they have warm displays close to the cooler and can clearly see more drinks in the walk in cooler
