::The pharmacy staff isn't that helpful. They don't appear to care to much about helping you fill your prescription or are very friendly to customers. Take your business to HEB pharmacy or hopefully Amazon eventually.

::Awful and rude staff.

::Pharmacy staff are rude and arrogant. They should not be allowed to interact with customers. I will now spend my money in CVS until Walgreens can hire pharmacy staff, and pharmacists who can treat people in a civilised manner.

::Been going to this Walgreens since 2007. It WAS a great place, but now it's going down hill, and fast. I went into the store with my mother to get a few things for her trip, and the first person we ask help from is a younger lady stocking a shelf. When we ask her a question regarding a product, she signs and irritably answers our question. Keep in mind we just entered the store, & just asked ONE question. We let it slide, but my mother made the unfortunate mistake of asking the same young lady about another product roughly ten minutes later after looking for it. THEN, we go to the checkout line. There are two registers open with two people, one young man & an older lady, behind them. When we get there, there are two customers being helped before us. I look back behind me and see another two people standing behind us waiting patiently as possible. The register with the young man opens up after the customer he helped left. He turns around for a moment to fix some cigarette packs that are to his right side on a shelf. He turns around to fiddle with some plastic bags & talks with the older lady about how to enter some number into their system because she's helping someone herself. He then looks forward as if he's staring off into space without even saying a word. He didn't say, "Next in line please" or "Next" or anything of the sort. My mother is the one to ask if he's open, to which the young man replies, "Yea." Worst part about that answer is that he said it in a tone that sounds along the lines of "Do you see a customer in front of me?" I mean really? come on dude. We saw that you were busy doing something, & we didn't just want to go in front of where you were because we didn't know if you were still on the register, or if you needed to do something else. The managers are also incompetent because I addressed this issue with one roughly two weeks prior to this situation when I have to find a certain medication for my father. Will not go into that story, but it seems this Walgreens only hires people who could give less of a hoot about Customer Service & "Where's my paycheck?" You'll get it when you've earned it. Minus two certain pharmacists that I know here.

::Unfortunately, I don't live by this Walgreens anymore but whenever I came here I could count on friendly customer service folks to help me with whatever I needed. I don't generally have a bad experience at a Walgreens, but at this one they are clearly more friendly than most places you go. I really appreciate those folks.
