  Close to home so visit frequently. If I'm taking too long I start being followed/monitored by staff. Ordered $90 worth of photo product, given 4 photo magnets and aggressively told I had no other products (but she was still trying to charge $89 and change?) a manager had to intervene. Just called three times to do a cosmetic shelf check for a cruelty free nail polish brand (that I've bought here and the Walmart down on Rural but Walgreens is closer). Chose Cosmetics Dept the first time, IMMEDIATELY hung up on, no answer. Second time was transferred twice and hung up. Third time transferred to four persons before asking for the check (need black, sells out very quickly so trying to save time/gas). I give the product name, assoc. responds "what even brand is that? A letter and a number?" in a snarky tone (cruelty free, not high end so I guess undeserving of her time) and before I specify color she says outright they don't ever carry that brand and hung up. I wanted to pick up one bottle of polish and buy a dozen Red Nose Day pens for my coworkers to support. Guess I'm going to Walmart today instead.

  Love my Walgreens but pricey at times.

  Was shopping here a couple weeks ago probably around 8 while in the cosmetics department noticed the Asian lady they have working here was watching my sister and I had a few items in my hand when she asked if we needed help I politely refused and continued my shopping went back to the cosmetics department for a few more items I was debating on when she comes around the corner and yells at me that I can't be opening products when I was testing an eye shadow that nyx provides I stated that it was a tester and she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. I had about 50 to 60 dollars worth of product that I left behind because of this behavior I too work in retail and would never approach a customer this way. Teach your employees better customer service skills.

  Clean and decently stocked with the neccessities. Great for a quick trip.

  Love the staff.helpful. Always helps with,photos more than any i HAVE been in..always goes the extra,mile and. Then some
