::Went to fill medication since it's 24hrs and was told they are so backed up we had to wait till the next day. What is the point of the medication getting filled at night and you can't wait for it to get filled. The management was full of attitude when asked for help finding a plug. The pharmacy tech lied about where the plug was close by. She did everything she could do to get rid of us. Never going back. Will call corporate.

::Pharmacy: Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. Put me on hold for 10 minutes. I drive there to get my prescription filled in person as there was something wrong with the app. The pharmacist hung up on me before I got there. When I got there, she was even more rude in person than over the phone. She spoke broken English too so there’s definitely a communication barrier there. The place is littered with people begging outside the door for money as well. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

::Very poor customer service for pharmacy. First they will put you in queue n keep u waiting, when they finally connect and listen to ur problem they put on hold again for really long. Ultimately they hang up ur call. And they will keep doing it till u give up. Worst experience with walgreens at this center

::Realized today that my insurance requires a deductible before I am able to really save on my perscriptions. I went threw the drive thru today and was not prepared for $80 for my perscription. Biaunca helped me at the window and she went above and beyond to assist me with any available discounts to get it down a little lower for me. I just wanted to say thank you for all your help.
