  Great Customer service. The greeter at the door went over and beyond to help me. The manager also really great with the customers went out his way to help. Excellent Service.. Gregory P.

  Workers are extremely rude and strange. I had come out of empire state with my family and was looking for hand lotion but couldn't locate it so I was searching in the corner where it said nail care as I assumed that's where hand care would also be. I was in that corner by myself and a woman showed up with a security guard to ask me what I'm doing in the corner and when I said I'm looking for hand lotion she very rudely said I have to follow her. The security guard accompanied us to the other side of the store and she was rude with me again when I asked if this was all they had. I am the least intimidating person ever and I'm really petite. I don't think I needed two people especially a 200+ lb woman and a security guard to escort me to the other side of the store. I felt like I had done something wrong just by being a person of color and looking lost. I will not be coming back and will let my friends and family know about the lack of politeness among Walgreens workers. I'm really disappointed that this could happen in such a diverse area. That too right after the Starbucks and LA fitness incidents. I would expect companies to give their workers racial sensitivity training and teach workers that not all people of color are there to steal.

  Locale molto ampio e pieno di prodotti alimentari e non solo. Dall'acqua alle bibite dal food confezione a piccole monoporzione da riscaldare. Piccolo reparto anche con giornali e riviste. Personale gentile e casse molto veloci per i pagamenti. Ad un passo dall'Empire State Building.

  My daughter got sick in the Empire State Building. They would not even give her a bag. Thankfully Walgreens was right there. The sales person was so nice, gave her a bag, and found some napkins to wipe off. She called her manager who found seats for us so we could regroup before trying to make it back to our condo. He offered for us to see the pharmacist, but was not the least bit pushy. I am a regular Walgreen customer at home, however we did not buy anything at this location. So grateful for their kindness.
