::The hours are not convenient. I have to travel to and from Manhattan every weekday. I have to leave at 7 am and I don't get back until about 8pm, and the store, and the pharmacy, is always closed when I need to pick up my medication. In addition, they always have problems. For example, two days ago I wanted to pay using my card, but their system was down. Previously, they tried to over charge me for medication. I had a letter from my health insurance stating the price of my medication, but they refused to adjust the price or even investigate. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager was not there. I left my name and number for the manager to call me back. They did and wanted me to come in to speak with them about the incident. However, the manager was only available at the exact times I had to be in Manhattan. I am forced to use Walgreens because they have a contract with my health insurance company, but I wish I could go back to my pharmacy friends at CVS on Nostrand Ave and Kings Highway who are there 24hrs, who know me by name and ask about me and my family, who always smile and make small talk, who actually care and emotionally invest in their customers. Who, whenever there was a problem with medication and pricing, they would fix it before I even knew about it and inform me of what happened when I came in to pick up my medicine. I'm very disappointed at this Walgreens and am unhappy at being forced to use them.

::It was the worst customer service ever. I been working for the walgreens company for over a year and the biggest thing we push is "ecc". extordenary customer care. I had my daughter with me and didn't think I was getting much but my hands were full two young lady's walked by didn't offer help. They were only putting up sale tags! The line was getting crazy nobody called for back up until the store manager asked them to call. smh very disappointed.

::Pretty well stocked and clean. There is plenty of free parking and the place is usually not very crowded. There is a RedBox kiosk by the entrance. After wondering around for a few minutes someone did ask if I needed any help and directed me to the bandaid isle. Overall a very good experience.
