::pharmacy staff kept trying to charge me $27 for generic pills covered by insurance when the copay was supposed to be $7. and they were rude about it. They also kept "losing" my prescriptions (blood pressure) so I had to keep calling my doctor for more. Confirmed they were giving my prescriptions to people other than me and charging my insurance. They even had the nerve to treat me like "I" was garbage and this might be the reason the people at my former doctors office Southwest Medical Associates also treated me like garbage. Don't go there either.

::Adding to this i called corp this person still works here i went to return a red box and low n behold I c the same manager!! no one from the district got back to me like they said they were and this crazy weirdo still works there so they obviously don't care about customers and their wrong doins!! I never stole from there or any place in my life!! But I got accused wrongfully and that's ok with walgreens corporate I will never shop at walgreens again n my life Do Not Go Here!! Juan is insane! I Just got out of the gym down the street so i wanted to get a snack from here ...which i come here rarely ..but its by my house. As i walked in I saw some new lotion they had on the way so i wanted to see how it smelled as i was smelling the lotion the manager Juan said you cant do that ma'am. I said then i dont need to buy it. I always smell products before i buy them he then said "Get out" before i could even walk out! ( what I was doing anyways) He then got in my face and wrongfully accused me of stealing from there a previous time which never happen ...and btw ive never had a theft charge of any kind in my life and im 38!!! He then mocked me and started acting very immaturely and laughing like a lil kid when i called him a liar and told him show me the evidence or anything showing that i ever stole anything from here. He then paused and didnt know what to say then told me leave or he will call the cops. I only left because i dont have time for these things i work in the morning at 5 am. He was very agressive and in my face doing this crazy face. As he was still accusing me. I then went up to the cashier who i remembered (the old guy) and asked him if ge remembered me the last times i bought things from there which was recent and if he saw me put all my stuff up on the belt and pay and he had the nerve to say i didnt aee everything you ever did...but he had no idea about me supposedly stealing or he would have said so because he waaaass the one who helped me afterall! This is just crazy and something needs to be done about this store! Also if u scroll down they have done it to others. How can they get away with this ..kicking people out when they want with no proof absurd

::went here to make a purchase and was talking to the cashier. Nice conversation. She forgot to give me $5 change so I run back in and the manager gets an attitude because she have to count the draw down to make sure. OK. No problem. The black girl that stock the shelves is a x#%#&. Stank attitude because I asked her to open the door to the bathroom and takes her sweet time. I can't stand ignorant black girls. There is no reason to act that way to a customer. You should be fired. Asshoke

::Called 2/16/18 @ 8:50AM and was on hold for 17 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was on hold, they just kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold without even a "please hold". I needed a price for generic Adderall and got the prices. I asked if they accepted discount pharmacy cards for this prescriptions, because so many locations don't. I was told yes, they did. So, I go there to transfer my prescription from Smiths to this Walgreens. I was told I couldn't transfer it, I had to bring in the actual prescription. So, I went to Smiths and picked up the prescription and brought it back. As I was dropping it off, I asked what the price would be for the generic with my discount card. Not only did they now say they don't accept discount cards, but they called me a liar when I told them that I had called just a few hours earlier and was told they did accept the discount cards (both the tech and the pharmacist denied it). It was the tech who told me they did over the phone, because I recognized her unique accent. A big ZERO in customer service all around. I will also be filing a complaint with the state licensing board, as my phone has as app that records every call, so I have the actual call that proves they said they accepted the discount card, no matter how much they want to deny it. Walgreens corporate will also be getting a formal complaint from me with a copy of the phone recording. I will NEVER use Walgreens anywhere for my prescription needs or anything else, as this is the 3rd Walgreens that I have had bad experiences with, so treating your customers like liars and with no respect seems to be the culture that Walgreens promotes.
