::Walgreens needs to mainstream their system for picking up medicines. Itβs usually between 35 min to 60 minutes in line to wait. Every time you order something and they confirm it by phone you still have to wait for the tech to pick them up. Applying LSS methodology will help a lot.

::Waited for over an hour on the drive threw to pick up meds could not back out because of cars that were behind me just terrible called the store to complain to the store manager was on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up maybe it be best to switch to CVS some competition to make customer service better

::Terrible customer service. I don't think they read their own policy or understand it. I tried to read it and explain it to them and it's like talking to a brick wall. They make up their own rules. Last time, I had a problem with a guy manager (forgot to get his name), tonight was with a cashier named Ernesto and a manager named Barbara. I'm a couponer and obviously I know what I'm doing and do not support misuse of coupons at all. Tonight, they made it sound like I didn't know what I was doing. It was around 9:30 pm here and it was too late to call corporate. I wanted to confirm the usage of this coupon because obviously they hired someone as a manager who did not understand the difference between the words "purchase" & "transaction". Every single Walgreens I've been to in El Paso have super friendly employees, but this one? I don't know. I always seem to have problems with them. You can just tell from the moment you enter. They can't even smile for goodness sake. And then they get mad at you for saving money at their store. It's not even their store ugh! I wrote to the manufacturer to confirm what I can use this coupon on and they told me I was correct. In every Walgreens here, there's always a person inside the store who understands couponing very well. A manager named Juan from a different Walgreens even taught me how to coupon at their store when I first started. But this Walgreens? The worst! I feel like they only hire those who frown, say the best rude comments and don't understand anything they read. I thought it was just one manager, but oh my. This is the 2nd one. I wasn't going to waste my time arguing with people who read pictures on coupons only and not understand the coupon manufacturer rules and what's attached to it. No wonder they have such a low rating. Go figure! I ain't the first and Im sure there's more out there who thinks the same, but just don't post reviews. I love Walgreens! But this store needs to hire some better managers with at least one of them who understands couponing. I HATE THIS STORE WITH A PASSION! Ugh!

::I gave it a star cause I had to but this Walgreens SUCKS... especially customer service... and pharmacy it's even worse... I was on hold for over an hour just so I could get hung up on... every time I have a prescription they call me that it's ready so when I go pick it up the pharmacist tells me that they dont have it ready or they need to order it. It's freakin annoying and frustrating... please please please avoid this Walgreens! I'm avoiding you headaches... I'm going to CVS or Wal-Mart pharmacy
