  Not a good review. Doctor order refill to wrong pharmacy (happens). I received an email from Walgreens that medication was ready. When I arrived for pick up. Pharmacist response was, "Not ready, still waiting for doctor's approval." About the email, "I don't know why they sent it to you. That system (Walgreens system) is not from the store". Couple of clicks on their keyboard could have solve the problem and find an answer, that the medication was ready on another location. Is very clear that most of the pharmacy technicians are there for the money only. There is no minimum desire to assist customers other than what is on their screen. Favorite response, "don't know, is what it shows on the system" or "there is nothing we can do." I will be nice if the pharmacy techs learn the phrase, "Let me find out if there is something we can do." But that is too hard. Guess they do not get paid to do that, that will be going above and beyond service expectations.

  The manager in the morning is one of the rudest person. Asked for a price check and told me that none of the stuff was on special, yet he was buying his own stuff while on shift.

  This store is always clean. The people are friendly and the selection is great.

  The manger refused to give me the number for district manger or have me. I wanted to complain the amount of times I was gives someone's elses medications and the excuse was it was an accident. I called by district. This offense in a hospital setting would be grounds for a lawsuit.

  The pharmacy is a joke , slow and the techs are unknowledgeable to say the least. No one is on the same page and customer service is not a priority here . It’s laughable how the city lacks in pharmacies that are open 247 and the ones that seem to be are very far apart. This isn’t 1950, get with modern times and demand. Definitely not a city of convenience. Waiting area inside store near the pharmacy counter is dirty and there were droplets of blood on the floor that no one cared to clean up !! Highly disappointed.
