::I never had a complaint with the pharmacy, but today was the first ever I had to wait more than 30 minutes for a prescription that is on regular auto refill. I get the email 4 days in advance so the prescription would be ready by Friday. I go to pickup the prescription today thinking it was already process, but when I state the name the pharmacist states that there is no prescription to be picked up. Thank God I saved the email that has the process number and when it was sent and when the script should be ready. He had a little attitude but I kept my calm and said it would be process quick. The quickness was over 30 minutes, and I was bypass by others I didn't say anything either about this, but out of courtesy he should have done it quicker. First thing he should have checked before saying that there was nothing in order or at least ask what medication was needed. From their he could have process this quicker. I understand that we all have bad days but leave your attitude at home or try be more accommodating to the customer or tell them that it will take this amount time to process. If he gave me a time frame I would have left and came back, since I had my elderly mother in the car waiting for me. We both thought that the medication would have been ready, for a fast pick up. Next time I will try not to go when that pharmacist is their. The funny thing at the end of all this the techincian was the one who apologize, it should come from the pharmacist. I will continue with Walgreens at Eastchester Road, but the customer service needs to improve. We all have our moments and that's fine,but please leave your problems, attitude or other issues at home. It does not help with your customer service. From a concern customer.
