  I used to shop here all the time, then one day my 3 year old daughter wanted to use a bathroom. The people working there refused and she couldn't hold it like an adult so she had an accident. I just don't understand how people can be so mean and narrow minded. I'll take my business to CVS down the block right now

  I love this store most of the time its getting hard to get me out of this store if I was rich I've would of by the whole store people are nice

  Music is unnecessarily loud. There's no reason for music while shopping in pharmacy. OMG

  It's a gd place for sum emergency stuff u need customer friendly most of the time, sometimes they have really gd sale's.

  Terrible Service. Pharmacy is absolutely clueless. Tompkins branch closed was forced to go to this one. Screwed up all my refills every month since I went there. I get 8 to 10 refills per month. Last time I go to pick up my prescriptions they tell me one prescription for some reason didn't go through and one they were out of. While I'm there they tell me it's now going through and it'll be ten minutes. I wait 40 minutes and finally ask how much longer?? They tell me they're out of both and to come back in two days! Yet sitting right in front of them. 5 people back there, no one says anything to me while I'm waiting. I come back in two days to pick up the two prescriptions. They then tell me one needs a refill authorization from the doctor and he never called them back and we don't have any info about a second prescription you needed?? I told them forget both of them. I am NEVER returning to this Horrible Branch!! Just the Absolute Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to!!!
