  No matter what time of day or night I call or go in person there is a long wait! Medication is usally not filled in a reasonable amount of time or not ready when promised.

  Because the store service is so wonderful, I decided to transfer my prescriptions to the pharmacy. OMG....what a HUGE mistake!! BEWARE, this is a highly dysfunctional pharmacy!! There is no communication between the "pharmacists" from one shift to another. It is totally disorganized, and above all, MOST of the people in this pharmacy are rude, impatient and incompetent. The manager is a nice lady.....but she's dropped the ball with her pharmacy staff. I guess, because she is so nice, the others get away with treating their customers like garbage. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY ON HARRODSBURG ROAD!!

  Shorted my prescrition twice of over 30 pills. I believe someone in the pharmacy has a pill problem.

  Workers didn't seem too interested, but the selection was good and it is clean.

  They always seem to have the odd stuff you want to run in somewhere quick to get. Employees are always very friendly
