  I hate this pharmacy over been sitting here for over an hour their systems are always down and noone can get medication. The cashier is nasty to everyone I'm changing pharmacies I can't take this anymore. What is wrong with them omg!!!!

  Rerouted a FedEx package here using FedEx's new system. I received a call from FedEx on Monday, November 18th letting me know my package was arriving at 10 AM. When I went to pick up the package after work that afternoon (around 6 PM), the employees were clueless and told me the package was not there. I explained that I had received a call from FedEx earlier that morning, and the customer service agent at the photo kiosk/FedEx station was extremely rude and dismissive. For two days, I called Walgreens to check the status of the package, and every time, they told me it had not been delivered. Finally on Wednesday, I had to open a "Chase Case" with FedEx to find my lost package. In less than an hour, FedEx returned my call and let me know that yes, the package was delivered to Walgreens, and had been sitting in the back for two and a half days (since Monday morning). Not sure what's going on there, but I would not recommend sending packages here with the new FedEx system. Although FedEx was great and extremely helpful, it's clear that the employees here aren't really sure what they're doing.

  They are open 24 hours and have a good variety of things

  Once a senior sits on the photo machine they don't move for hours, that sucks considering there is only one western union machine and it's also a photo machine, so if your sending or receiving money you better hope there isn't anyone using the machine

  The garbage in the parking lot is disgusting. I spoke to the store manager named Mike and he could care less. He said it was the local residents fault. I explained... No, its the employees fault. Its empty cardboard boxes, metal shelving, broken shopping carts etc all from your store. They could care less. Time to shop somewhere else where they care about their community.
