::This Walgreens has some terrible employees. My girlfriends was shopping here a few days ago and when she was at the register paying for her items the lady ringing her up looked into her open purse and noticed a couple of obviously ancient makeup items which she asked about. My girlfriend explained that they were her own and were clearly old and half used. If that wasn't enough she then asked if she had paid for a half eaten bag of candy which my girl also explained was her own. I did not know any of this had occurred as I was waiting outside. My girl came out and she asked me if I would run back in quickly (we were in a hurry to get to an appointment) and ask for one of those plastic spoons for her ice cream. I went in and asked the lady behind the counter for a spoon and she responded "did she buy that" pointing at my girls ice cream. This was an entirely DIFFERENT lady! We both told her that she had in fact paid for it but the moron insisted on shouting across the store to the person who had wrung her up just moments ago who of course confirmed that everything was okay. At that point I was pretty upset & I couldn't help but let her know what I thought of her as we exited the store late for our appointment. I think it would be wise to steer clear of this location. 24th street has at least one small grocery store on every block between Mission and Portrero & I like giving my money to these local small businesses whenever possible anyways.

::It always takes way too long to just pick up a prescription here. 30 mins is ridiculous.

::The service here is really bad I was yelled at and accused of making faking coupons because I did not notice it was expired 4 days ago. Really made me uncomfortable and i will never be showing my face here again

::If only could give this store one star. I visited this store on 11/5 with my two daughters (9 yrs old and 11 yrs old). My youngest daughter really needed to use the restroom and was on the verge peeing on herself. As a loyal Walgreens customer I was relieved that I were at an establishment that had restrooms as this is not always available in San Francisco. I walked up to an associate named "Guy" and asked him if my daughter could use the restroom, however he told me there was no restroom for customers. I pleaded with him that my daughter really needed to go and asked if she could use the restroom in the back, as ALL Walgreens locations have a restroom. While my daughter was jumping up and down in agony, and on the verge of tears, he reiterated that the restroom was not for customers and that there was nothing he could do. He then turned around and walked off. With my daughter about to cry, I ran to the photo area where the associate had taken off to and asked him to call his manager. With apathy and clumsy disregard he reluctantly called the manager who arrive and "allowed" my daughter to use the restroom. This is HORRIBLE customer service and appalling. How can anyone do this to a child?????? After my daughter used the restroom, I thanked the manager for letting my daughter use the facilities but admonished the associate to the manager. This is a failure in customer service, empathy, and basic regard. I don't know if race had a part in this blatant disregard, but it really doesn't matter because bad service is bad service no matter what. YOU GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!!!!!
