  Great place. We are from the Cleveland area and had also been to a Wahlburgers in Boston. Great food and terrific staff and reasonably priced. We were downtown before our son's high school commencement in playhouse square and unfortunately we missed a visit to the restaurant by Donnie Wahlburg! Our son was bummed as we are all huge fans! Maybe we'll be lucky enough to catch a visit next time!

  I ordered the OurBurger medium with fries "crispy". The burger was well done and the fries were not crispy. The burger did not taste good either. Toasting the bun or using something more than the cheapest buns available may help here. This was my first and last time here. The better burger can be found on the third level food court in the casino across the street or at B spot.

  They had excellent burgers. Also have some vegetarian choices. They also had sweet potato tater tots!! It was really good. Their thin crispy onion rings are also good. They are open pretty late and the waitress was also very welcoming. I would definitely go again!!

  We had an issue with very slow service when we visited. However, the manager came and apologized to us, explaining that they had a new employee in the kitchen who had made a mistake and that they needed to make our order over again. When the food did arrive, it was very good. The onion rings are fantastic! The manager ended up comping our entire order due to the long wait, which was nice. Despite the mistake, the people were friendly and the food was excellent. We’ll definitely give them another chance and visit again.

  Best Burgers we've ever had! The hype is legit. My husband and kids loved their burgers so much, they wanted to go back again the next day. My veggie burger was out if this world! It tasted like a real burger, was not mushy like some... and the inside looked like an authentic burger. The waitress assured me that everyone says that, and promised that it was truly not a mistake. The onion strings were thin, crispy and delicious. Huge variety of burger options on the menu. Oh... and the sweet potato tots were yummy too. We stopped in when we were traveling to Cleveland, and can't wait to go back.
