    My experience with Mega bus was good. All the drivers I had were very jolly and experienced. They always gave information about the trip and any upcoming delays. One driver went so far as to check the temperature of the bus any time we made a stop. I would use mega bus again.

    Bus is disgusting. Bathroom is catastrophic. Our driver was 30 minutes late to pick up, then took his sweet time getting everyone checked in. Then took a long bathroom break. Drivers vary, but the state of the bus, particularly the bathroom, was completely unacceptable. These tickets aren't cheap. They are never $1. And even if they were, we deserve a modicum of cleanliness.

    The stench, the pain, the lack of room to stretch my leg. Destroy yourself here. Wasn't terrible. Drivers were nice, no one bothered me, I still had all my belongings when I left. Got me from a-b for $5. Can't really beat that tbh. Probably would have been better with a nonreconstructed acl, room for my leg, and comfier position to sleep in. 100% worth it for my girlfriend, minimally worth it for anyone else. 3 stars (really 2.5)

    It couldn’t be worse than this. The way story goes is.... I had a trip from Chicago to Ann Arbor today afternoon. Bus was 10 min late. When all got in, we realized that the air conditioning doesn’t work. Sun fell inside the bus through the windows and it got really hot. After 1.5 hour driving when many people started complaining, driver gave a talk to the passengers which I could hardly hear it at the back. It turns out she had told we can keep going for three more hours to Ann Arbor or we can return to the Chicago and change the bus!! Since no one including me wants to lose 3 hours at least, we all agreed to keep going. After another two hours driving, she stopped the bus for gas and 15 minutes rest (as she said at first). Believe it or not, she made us to wait for one hour!! She was so angry and rude, When I asked her why...she didn’t even turn her head to look at me and didn’t hear a word from her. We still have one more hour to Ann Arbor and I hope everything goes well. However I prepared myself for everything!! I attached the bus picture with the number on it.

    ZERO STARS. Brought my ticket, arrived super early and when the bus arrived, staff did not let me on, claiming that it was not my bus and the bus that I am waiting for is the next bus. He assured me, even yelling at me, that this was not my bus and that I have to wait. So I continued waiting. When this bus left and the next one came, they claimed that the bus that left was my bus and that it was my fault that I missed the bus. They claimed to do a final call announcing the city I was going to, but I stood by the bus stop the whole time, next to the staff member, and not once did the staff do a "final call." Another family was left behind too that was told they were boarding the wrong bus... and it was not the wrong bus... The staff then lied about ever talking to me but then when a witness spoke up, he finally remembered and said that there is nothing he can do, trying to blame the fault on me. Staff member cursed me out for trying to ask him why he would not let me board the bus. I was left with no way to my destination, and had to spend a fortune on last minute arrangements. When contacting customer service, they refused to give me a refund because "refunds go against their policy." All this company cares about is taking your money, not providing their business. NEVER AGAIN. Terrible service.
